Tiny Tim
Overview
Tiny Tim is the halfling cook aboard the Kestrel. Loud, practical and fiercely possessive of his cramped galley, Tim keeps the ship’s crew fed with an attitude suggesting that hunger is a personal offence and gratitude an unnecessary inconvenience.
He insists upon being called Chef Tim and, for reasons known only to himself, consistently refers to the Kestrel as the “Kestler.”

Appearance & Manner
Tim works from a cramped galley with the help of a battered stepping stool, which he uses to reach both the preparation table and higher shelves.
He is expressive, blunt and rarely far from a spoon, loaf of bread or cooking pot. His instructions tend to sound more like threats, although his humour makes it difficult to tell where one ends and the other begins.

- Good-humoured: much of his grumbling is accompanied by teasing and dry humour.
